How the Extension Works

H1B Sponsor Check includes a bundled database of publicly available H-1B employer records from the U.S. Department of Labor. When you search for a company, the lookup happens entirely within the extension on your device. No data is sent to any external server.

Third-Party Services

The extension loads company logo images from Clearbit (logo.clearbit.com) and Google Favicons (google.com/s2/favicons) to display company icons in search results. These are standard image requests and do not transmit any personal or identifiable information about you.

Data Storage

The extension does not use cookies, local storage, or any other client-side storage mechanism to save user data. No analytics or tracking tools are used.
