All data comes from U.S. Department of Labor OFLC Performance Data — specifically, the Labor Condition Application (LCA) disclosure files. These are public government records updated quarterly.
Not necessarily. An LCA filing shows that a company has filed for H-1B workers in the past, but it doesn't guarantee sponsorship for future positions. Always confirm directly with the employer during your application or interview.
